4. Sharing of Information and Subprocessors
RagLayer does not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- AI model providers: to extract text from documents, generate embeddings and produce answers, Customer Content and queries are processed by third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI and Anthropic). These providers process the content solely to return results to us and under their own data-processing terms.
- Infrastructure providers: cloud hosting and storage partners that operate the Platform, and payment processors. These partners are bound by strict confidentiality requirements.
- Error monitoring providers:to detect, diagnose and fix technical issues, limited technical data (such as IP address, browser information and error context) is processed by our error monitoring provider (Sentry). This data is used solely for maintaining and improving the Platform's reliability.
- Legal reasons: if we are required to disclose information to comply with laws, regulations or court orders, or to protect our rights and property.

We implement technical and administrative security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, leaks and other threats, including encryption, access controls and per-organization data isolation.
